Perfect for beginners and curious enthusiasts, the Introductory Sake Professional course is your gateway to understanding and appreciating sake on a deeper level, without the pressure of a long-term commitment.

Designed by the Sake Sommelier Association (SSA), this half-day course introduces you to the rich culture, history, and craftsmanship behind Japan’s national drink. You'll learn how sake is made, how to identify different styles, how to serve it properly, and of course, how to taste it like a pro.

Want a more personal experience? The ISP course can be booked privately at the following rates:

  • 1 person: ¥42,000 (¥32,000 + ¥10,000 private fee) + 10% tax

  • 2 people: ¥74,000 total (¥64,000 + ¥10,000 private fee) + 10% tax

  • Groups of 3 or more: ¥38,000 per person + 10% tax

All private sessions include sake, study materials, certificate, and a lapel pin for each participant.
